Mobile Work Platforms

EAS mobile platforms are designed and manufactured to meet the needs of a broad range of industries and uses.  Mobile platforms combine code-compliant access with the flexibility to reconfigure your work station for multi-phase work or to provide for changing workflow.  Mobile platforms also offer the efficiency of using one platform for multiple locations, when simultaneous work is not required.

Fixed Platforms & Crossovers

Tri-Arc’s EAS division designs and manufactures code-compliant fixed platforms for a variety of applications including machine maintenance, assembly line, vehicle service, and other special access needs.  Custom crossovers can be used in warehouse and industrial environments around conveyors, pipes, and other equipment to improve safety and productivity by reducing travel time around plant environments.

Fixed Ladders & Stairways

EAS creates fixed ladders and staircases to comply with OSHA standards 1910.27 and 1910.24, as well as meet specialty needs for rooftops, mezzanines, storage tanks, and industrial equipment access.  These products can also be made to comply with more strict building codes such as IBC or ADA requirements.

Cantilevered Ladders

Sometimes it is not possible to put a platform directly next to the area that needs to be accessed.  EAS designs and manufactures platforms that cantilever over obstacles and put the user right where they need to work.  Systems can be addressed head-on or from the side, using low-profile support legs or balancing with counterweight.

Adjustable Ladders & Platforms

Whether the application is dynamic, or needs to meet the ergonomic needs of a diverse workforce, an adjustable ladder or platform from EAS is the solution.  Products can be designed to change height or platform size using a wide variety of techniques and power sources, tailored to meet the specific criteria.

U-Design™ Configurable Systems

Tri-Arc’s EAS division offers two configurable product solutions.  U-Design is offered for crossover ladders as well as cantilever ladders.  Based on our experience developing customized product solutions for these two product types, we have developed the U-Design products as a standardized access solution that allows you to configure it to meet the specific needs of your application.
